Real men wear pink!

Emily, Whitney, Eric, Rest up cause these 2 are going to be a handful. Bolat, even when he doesn't feel well wants to play, play, play. You are going to love your new cousins and I know they will love you. We've been showing all the families pictures at the babyhouse and they all say the same thing. The kids will be lucky to have such fine cousins, I look like my dad, and Holly and her mother look very young. sorry Tommy, they pay little attention to the men.
I tried to post a good picture of Bolat smiling with Holly but it just won't come up. He was wearing pink and his sisters hat today. That is the reason for the title.

We tried a few black and whites to mix things up a bit.

Even the people at the babyhouse agree that if they had to eat this everyday, they would be sick too.

We are getting close to catching that smile!!

They do play together some, but mostly with us. (our choice)
our baby girl closeup.

we failed again at keeping them up.
But I did my best.
And Holly, well she kinda tried but she really enjoys them sleeping in her arms.
We will catch that smile eventually!!
See, She likes it when they do this. But I don't blame her. You can see, Alia was going to sleep whether snuggling or not. this was only five minutes before we had to give them back, but she just couldn't make it.

We walked to a restaurant this afternoon. I had a Kazak version of a cheeseburger. Holly had some french onion soup and bread. Eating here is actually quite expensive so we will eat in the room more often. the people here don't make much money but the goods generally cost more than what we pay back home.
Coke is cheap though. right now mostly we eat bread and drink coke. (No we won't be losing weight on this trip.
We went to a market today and got more fruit. Holly was very excited. Our eating problems seem to be resolved.
More to tell but will save it for another day our washing machine is walking across the floor and I must go catch it. Love,,,,,,,

It has been pointed out to me that I am no longer an Aunt2b but an AUNTIAM. YIPPEEE!!!

I had to come in to work today and Nanny came with me to visit with Nancy. They were in here not 10 minutes ago...looking....knowing it is your usual time to post....but, alas, they missed you.

I am so amazed at the difference in the pictures in less than a week! Alia and Bolat are sooooooooo much happier, alert and playful! This is very good! Right Dad and Mom, you guys are doing such a good job, already.

I will be praying for the new court date Sept 5th. Then I will "officially" be the Aunt-I-Am!

Love you bunches,
Sara

I think mom is right, you should be called the blog hogging aunt:O) I just got this thing posted.
Just kidding you know. I saw your comment about everyone posting the same things over and over but tell me any parent that gets tired of hearing good things about their children.
Holly says we are more popular now than we will be when we get back home.
All is well and we are going to turn in early tonight. I think the French onion soup and her are not getting along. I warned her though. But when her stomach feels good she is hungry enough to try crazy things.
And yes I guess the official aunt title comes when we get our official mom/dad title but we can all claim our titles early. we would now be willing to fight for that title.
Love to you

Sam and Holly: For sure we don't get tired of seeing the pictures. Makes sense that you would not get tired of hearing how cute they are. We've seen Alia smile. Does Bolat ever smile? I bet so, just not for the camera. When you all get back I would love to treat you at holman house. Show off the babies and eat some good food.. love poppy

If Sara is Aunt I Am...what does that make me? Please do NOT answer that question! The pictures are great, you all look like you are having so much fun. Sam the guys at the plant say Hello, and the pictures are awesome. The number one question has been...How did Sam get such a young, beautiful wife?? To which I reply "she did not have eye surgery till after they were married!" I am kidding about that part, but they are curious. You guys look great, hang in there in the food department.

Praying for You,

John

John, so does that mean no other guy wanted her because she had glasses? or she couldn't see until it was too late:O)

Dad, Holman house is high on our list right now. But then again any restaurant that we could read the menu on sounds good. But who shall we show of the kids to. You guys are who I want to see them...
Mechelle, What is impentigo? thanks for asking the doctor and we will definitely change Bolats food as soon as we are allowed. The funny thing is they tell us he is eating the wrong foods right now and that it hurts him but that is all the have. yet we cannot supply what he needs. Very frustrating!

Sam,

I'll copy my pediatricians web site,,,,
Impetigo (Infected Sores)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sores smaller than 1 inch in diameter.
Often covered by a soft, yellow-brown scab or crust.
Scabs may intermittently drain pus.
Begin as small red bumps which rapidly change to cloudy blisters, then pimples, and finally open sores which weep.
Increases in size (any sore or wound that grows and doesn't heal).
Impetigo often spreads and increases in number from scratching.

Cause:
Superficial bacterial infections of small breaks in the skin.

You'all and the kids seem to have bonded very eaisly. Glad your hunt for food problem is solved, except for maybe the onion soup ??
Maybe you could check with the English teacher for some other foods that you'all could buy, bring back to your room and eat ??
By the way, Gail looked up impentigo,(a childhood disease), and it means; a sticky, yellowish crust on the face, particularly around the lips and nose.
On the "Home Front", your Brown Fuzzy is staying in shape; eating, chasing Scooter, taking a nap, drinking a whole water bowl at a time, getting her belly rubbed, and, last but not least, mooching snacks. Love, Dad
